ISO9001-2008 Registration

The MCL quality system has been registered to the International Standard ISO 9001 since 1994. Our registrar UL / DQS performs continuous assessments to verify our continued compliance. The MCL Quality Manual also reflects the requirements of MIL-I-45208 and has been qualified by the department of defense to ANSI/ASQC/Q9001. By meeting the requirements of both standards we feel that our products are suitable for use by commercial, industrial, and military customers worldwide. Customers can have unmatched confidence in MCL's ability to provide a quality product. The MCL quality system begins to take control from the initial customer inquisition to the servicing of our product in the field. Incoming material, in-process and final inspections take place on all of our products. All processes that affect product and service quality are implemented under a document control system. All manufacturing personnel are training based on the industry soldering standard, ANSI \ J Standard, J-STD-006. The Test Equipment used to verify that our products conform to specifications is calibrated to the Military Standard, MIL-STD-45662, ANSI / Z540-1-1994 and the International Standard, ISO 10012-1.
